During my 21 years as a Realtor I have learned a great deal about the value of Florida Keys real estate and the unique experience it provides for those who are fortunate enough to live here.

There are numerous property types available to choose from which include ocean or bayfront, canalfront, open water and dry lot homes that feature waterfront access.

My experience and knowledge of all types of property give me the ability to match a home to the Buyer's needs and also market a home for the Seller's benefit. As much as I enjoy expanding my knowledge of Florida Keys real estate, the favorite part of my job is working with buyers and sellers to inform and enable them to meet their real estate objectives. 

Although the Florida Keys is a unique environment of incredibly awesome beauty, it is the people who live here that make this a great place to call home. There is much to be said for island living. Jimmy Buffet was right when he coined the phrase, "changes in latitude, changes in attitude."
